Our concept return policy allows 30 days from delivery for pieces that are unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging.

If you return from Stripe before paying, we confirm cancellation and release the reserved stock. Your bag stays in place so you can choose again. An unfinished checkout expires automatically; completed payments appear in your account when you checked out while signed in.
